Commercial model.

How will BuildSurely be priced?

The commercial model is being tested alongside the payment architecture. The live service will show all BuildSurely and payment-partner fees before a project is committed.

Will builders pay too?

Several models are being evaluated, including project fees and builder-facing plans. The prototype deliberately does not invent a final price before the unit economics are validated.

Are there payment partner fees?

Potential payment-processing or safeguarding-related charges depend on the regulated partner and chosen model. Any live fees will be disclosed clearly before launch.
