This site demonstrates the proposed BuildSurely product. It is not yet the transactional service and does not accept live project funds.
BuildSurely is currently being developed for the UK residential construction market. Final company details, regulated payment partner, safeguarding structure, customer terms, privacy notice and cookie controls will be completed before transactional launch.
Privacy
This demonstration should not be used to submit real personal or project data. Demo forms are not connected to a production database. The live service will publish a full UK GDPR privacy notice covering the data collected, lawful bases, recipients, retention, individual rights and contact routes.
Product and payment terms
The screens illustrate the intended product workflow, including project stages, funding status, evidence, approvals, variations and payment states. They are not contractual promises. The final service will define BuildSurely's role, the regulated payment partner's role, authorisation rules, disputes, non-response, cancellations, fees, refunds and liability in production terms reviewed by specialist advisers.
Cookies and analytics
The production website will provide the required cookie information and consent controls for any non-essential analytics or marketing technologies. This prototype should be treated as a demonstration environment.
Investor and partner use
Values, projects and user names shown in the prototype are illustrative. They are used to demonstrate the potential product experience and should not be interpreted as live customer activity, confirmed pricing or a final regulatory structure.
