Does BuildSurely hold my money?
Not in the proposed model. BuildSurely runs the project workflow, approvals and shared record, while project funds are intended to be received and processed by a regulated payment partner. The exact partner and safeguarding model are still being selected.
Is payment to my builder guaranteed?
No platform can guarantee how a building project turns out. What BuildSurely does is make funding status, approvals and payments visible to both of you at every stage, and release payments only through the agreed process.
Can my builder be paid without my approval?
The prototype assumes an approved stage can move into payment processing. Formal disputes or exceptions would follow the contractual resolution route defined before launch; the final rules will be set out in the production terms.
What happens if a payment fails?
Both of you are told straight away, with the reason where it is available and the steps needed to put it right.
