Why BuildSurely exists.
Building work runs on trust, but the money side is usually handled by bank transfer and text message. We think both sides deserve better.
The problem we are solving.
Homeowners worry about paying too much before work is done. Builders worry about committing labour and materials without knowing the money is there. Both end up relying on memory, messages and goodwill to keep track of what was agreed and what has been paid.
BuildSurely gives that relationship a structure. Stages, values and conditions are agreed up front. Funding status is visible. Payments are approved stage by stage. Changes are recorded without erasing the original agreement. And everything is kept in one record both sides can trust.

BuildSurely is launching in the UK, starting with residential building work. We are working with early homeowners, builders and partners, and finalising our regulated payment partner and pricing.
